I now have a place to live, starting June 1. It's in an attic on Ontario Road, which I keep thinking is Oyster Road, but it's not. My move-in date nearly coincides with my birthday, and I'm hoping to make it an occasion. And no, I don't need any help moving, because I have no furniture and no stuff. I guess if you want to help me hang skirts in my closet, that's cool, but there will be no sweating or manual labor of any sort.
My internet experience has vastly improved since I combined the awesome power of Firefox and the Google toolbar. Seriously. It's amazing. (Jason, are you listening?)
Since I've been in DC, I've sat by a river, visited Target, avoided cicadas, paid for parking twice, gotten free parking once, called people in twelve states, met Ben Brandzel, bought fingernail scissors, drank four beers and two cups of coffee, and gotten lost five times (twice on foot and three times in the car). I've also done other things but those strike me as the most important at the moment.
